Zune does not "see" my Lumia 550

pc with windows 10 as the Lumia 550, installed latest version of Zune, to do all the operatopn like sinc, backups etc etc, but the program doesn't see the cell, no difference if I plug the cell before or after having started Zune. with out staring Zune the pc sees, via usb, all the "memory" part of the cell, but naturally, not the system part of it. what do I do wrong. any known issue between Lumia 550 and Zune? is it an issue of windows 10?

Zune hasn't been used to manage, backup, restore Windows Phones since the days of Windows Phone 7. Windows Phone 8.x and Windows 10 Mobile do not use Zune.

Take a look at the link to download the desktop client if you're using Windows 7 on your PC, or you can download the Windows Store app if you're using Windows 8.x / Win10.

uh? ok I'll download Windows Store app since the pc is running on W 10. I knew that I was missing something, I'm good at 3d animation and digital effects, but when it comes to this kind of stuff I'm a disaster.

well...I did connect the cell to the pc and open Windows Store but...where scould I see my cell ? or for backups, sinc, upgrades, downloading maps and apps etc for the cell I can only use the windows account via wi fi, but not when connected to the pc ? I'd like to keep all the data on my pc and not on the web.
as I sed, I'm a disaster when it comes to this kind of stuff
