Zune not recognizing my Focus

did you call the 1800 number for Zune support ?
I did this when I first got my phone and did a uninstall and reinstall the zune software from microsoft.com and all worked weill

Hello all!

New to this forum and I really like it.

I am having some difficulty with Zune. I have previously, and seamlessly I might say, connected my Focus to the Zune software to podcast updates. At this point, it isn't working at all and I am quite frustrated with it.

Any thoughts? My phone profile is there, name and all, and it just keeps saying that it will sync when the phone is connected, and of course it is. Win7 sees the phone via the micro USB connection.

Please help. I am really unhappy with the way that the podcasting stuff works, that is getting the new ones delivered to the phone. I came from Nokia, happily trust me, and their system was "open" and you could obtain new podcast episodes via any wifi or your 3G connection.
