This might be a newbie tip that a lot of people may know, but I didn't. I often have individual files, documents, .cab's etc that I used to have to hook up the usb cable and sync to get on my Imagio (or email myself). I found that in Vista (probably Windows 7 too?) if you go Start/Run/fsquirt.exe it brings up a really simple and quick wizard that sends a file via bluetooth to a selected connected device. Of course your phone has to be paired to the laptop and you have to make sure all of the phone's BT settings (in tools) allow it to receive files, or you'll get an error message about OBEX not correct. This has made my phone management life much easier- no more usb needed usually! Simpler still: I went ahead and made a shortcut for fsquirt.exe on the desktop.

4) Approve the devices to connect.
5) Enter any necessary security codes.
6) Select the files on your computer that you want to send.
