Now this might be looking to much into it, but I don't know why no one seems to care that there is a watch logo in the GIF invitation, now that can't be a mistake, and a phone was never considered as a time giver...

    Judge for you selves

Does look like a watch or some kind of clock.

I hadn't seen the .gif previously. I just noticed the smiley, which is the Mix Radio logo.

No, it is a watch, but why put it there? Could be Goldfinger, the device with no buttons?

Maybe they'll have a clock tile like HTC does. I'd prefer that to a smartwatch.

They don't really like to copy, unless its a very important feature. If I know Nokia well enough that is.

I don't know if there is a way to make the logo move,
Clicking on it is the only way I think but to be honest until I clicked on it and saw the above image is a .gif I had no idea they even made that. I always just thought it was the image that WPC posted earlier, no clue that Nokia made a .gif invite.

I saw it using the WPCentral app. When I clicked on view image it said I needed to open in IE. When I opened it in IE, that's when I saw the various pictures (including GPS and watch/clock picture).

Does the image that follows the clock face look like a satellite orbiting a larger body, as a wearable would be a satellite that revolves around the main device?

    That's the Nokia camera app.

    Hm could be something:

    Nokia Radio Mix
    Here Maps
    Nokia Chat
    "a clock"
    Nokia Camera
    "a globe"

    I don't know what that means ...

i weirdly think that its all connected somehow, maybe Cortland has to do something with it? It kinda makes sense like how Google now is implemented on Google Smart watch.

I think that a smartwatch may be a bit of a leap here. The 4 identifiable logos are all exclusive Nokia apps, so the most logical assumption would be that the clock and the globe are new apps that they'll be unveiling, or a redesign of an existing app. I wouldn't mind being proved wrong though.

So that new version of Nokia Camera, Nokia's own messaging app (remember in 8.1 you can now change the default messaging app), something about Nokia Mixradio, new version of Here Maps (that was leaked a while back), not sure about the clock and globe though. Perhaps Nokia Travel and Nokia Clock? We are missing a system clock app I suppose...

just saying, you can't change the default messeging app, that was wrongly interpreted.

I think the globe is internet. But that doesn't really change anything. Maybe apps that work on a smart watch?
