How did Fujitsu do it?

I'm not terribly upset with how long it is taking other carriers to release their first 7.5 phones, but I just don't understand how Fujitsu released the IS2T so much earlier than the other OEMs released their phones. I remember when we heard the release date of the IS2T, I was just thinking there was going to be a deluge of next-gen phones would be flooding the market within another month. However, here we are and we're just getting trickles of HTC's two phones, while we're getting closer to Samsung's releases and we are but hearing rumors of new LG and Nokia phones.

I never expected Nokia to release very quickly, but what about the others? How did Fujitsu streamline their release this much?!
