Unable to Preview Ringtones after GDR2

Hi All - I updated to GDR2 yesterday (OTA) - Verizon Wireless HTC One M8 - the upgrade went flawlessly.

However I added custom MP3 ringtones to my phone today (on the internal memory in the ringtones folder) and when I go to select them, I cannot press the play button on ANY of the ringtones. Not just mine, but the ones that came with the phone as well. The play button does nothing. They worked prior to GDR2.

I can select a ringtone and it works when I call my phone. Seems just the play button to preview a ringtone during selection is not working at all.

If anyone has any info on this - I'd appreciate you sharing.

Oddly enough the issue cleared when I corrected my "Photos Live Tile not refreshing" issue. I had 6 pictures in my "favorites" that were solid grey thumbnails. I deleted them and that fixed my Photos Live Tile - and for whatever reason, previewing ringtones now works as well.
