W10 10547 not installing, and now not going away.

So I finally downloaded and installed the update, and when I went to restart, it just... Restarted normally. So naturally i assume something is wrong, so I delete WINDOWS BT and SoftwareDistribution\Download\*. And now the update isn't going away. Just tells me to restart. And normally restarts. Not a single change. Any help?

Like I deleted the folder mentioned above and then opened an elevated cmd, and typed:
Cd %windir%
Net stop wuauserv
Rd /d SoftwareDistribution
Net start wuauserv
And rebooted.

Had the same issue but the "RD /d SoftwareDistribution" was an invalid command.

It worked for me with RD /s SoftwareDistribution"
