after hard reset on build 10136 old lock screen animation is default

I installed the new build 10136.. Before the hard reset I saw the new lock screen animation (the image does not move up only the time). After hard resetting, I'm back to the old lock screen and I don't know why. Any suggestions or the same experiences? Thanks. (Lumia 625 user)

Technical Previews are not called for nothing Technical Previews. If you really want to have the new lockscreen try another Hard reset or a clean install after you roll back to 8.1.
But both methods are no guarantee that you get all the new functions working perfect.
Before a hard reset the Store Beta worked for me but after a hard reset it did not work any more so you never know.
