W10M - How to disable navigation bar vibration?

The Display+Touch app is no longer available for W10M. How on Earth are we supposed to disable vibration on the nav-bar buttons? I've looked everywhere and no luck. I've searched in these forums too and I see nothing.

You should find "touch" in the "Extras" part of the settings.

At least that's how it is for me.

Yeah, no dice. We'll see if it "magically" appears after a few hours. Otherwise, I'll learn to live with nav-bar vibration (though it consumes battery stupidly).

This is Insider forums, in Redstone builds there it is, in official Threshoul build it should be inside another menu, maybe Screen, Notify , etc.
