As a general precaution, make sure you are comfortable with using the Recovery Tool before you jump in! It can be your best friend.

I think it`s good. I`ve been using it on my 640 LTE.

I had a few issues. Initially selected slow ring. The build looked odd. Messaging didn't work. Edge was erratic. Then due to needing to change the Microsoft account, I decided to reset. The process resulted in getting into a boot error due to boot config missing or something like that. Was constantly rebooting. Had to do the Windows Recovery using PC software. Took a bit of time for the app on the PC to detect the phone, because it was constantly rebooting. Finally did. Once the recovery was done, it automatically got 10166 again, and a beautiful looking build. Everything looks polished and nice.

Another pickup I had was with messaging. Went into setting and found that the SMS Center number was blank. Seems like this is needed. I didn't do anything in particular, but after a while (perhaps a reboot), the number appeared there on its own, and messaging started working.

Everything seems ok now. Edge has bugs, and does crash quite often.

Overall liking this a lot. My first foray into Windows on the phone after waiting all this time.
