Cannot change start background on Lumia 930

As title says.
I can change between no background, background on tiles and full background but when I select a new image and tap the apply tick button, it goes back without applying the selected image.
I've tried restarting and saving with no background and I've even deleted the photo that I was using but no dice.
Do other people have the same issue, or is there a fix?

The fix might be the official W10M release.

You can workaround by finding the image in your gallery and making it the background image from there instead of doing it from the settings menu.

Selecting an image via Browse in the settings menu to set Start background works fine on my Lumia 930 (Build 10512)
