Quick status lockscreen issue

hey guys!
Today I did a hard reset for my lumia 1520 because the issue of sync email with outlook mail. The quick status on lookscreen working fine (wp 10536) before I did the hard reset. After the hard reset, there is a problem with quick status on lockscreen, I can't add facebook messenger or viber to it.
Anyone got similar problem? I think another hard reset would solve this problem, but it takes times to setting up things again

P.S: Hard reset doesn't fix

Funny thing.. All I had to do was swipe to app list and open the app from there. The apps had recently downloaded again after I updated the phone, start screen stayed the same, so I naturally assumed it would open, but it didn't..

Anyhu any luck on your end?

I tried hard reset few times, but sadly it didn't work out.

Sucks, but on the bright side, we might see a new build soon, cuz we're nearing end of the month and the oct.6 event. Hopefully that solves the issue
