Windows Central App live tile not updating

Is this a known problem? Live tile pinned on my 950XL but only refreshes when I open the app. Only happened after switching to Win10.

Exactly what I was looking for when I came to the forums today!! It happens exactly like this with me! I second the question: is it a known problem?

Have you tested since the 10586.29 build they just released? It is supposed to improve WP8.1 Silverlight app compatibility. (Which I assume the WC app is.)

I'm already on 10586.29 and it didn't get any better. I'll try to reinstall the app and if it gets better, I'll post here the results.
