Linked contact names

I just reset my Lumia 640 XL to Windows Phone 8.1, then did the official Windows 10 upgrade through the Upgrade Advisor yesterday, followed by a master reset.

After I finished setting up all my social accounts, I'm finding that linked contacts in the People app are being listed by Microsoft Messenger or Skype screen names if I don't already have an entry for those users in my Outlook contact. Previously, the linked contacts in this situation would be listed by the full name the person used in Facebook. The way the names are listed now, it will make it difficult to find some of these people in my contact list. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know a fix to get these contact listed by their actual names instead of screen names?

Adding an example for clarity of my issue with a screenshot. The following contact entry has 2 linked contacts from Microsoft Messaging, which are actually Skype handles, I believe, plus his Facebook profile, which is his full name.

This contact should be listed under the B's, which he was prior to resetting my phone. Now, he is listed under the L's because the linked contact entry is using the Live:********bob* username from one of the Microsoft Messaging profiles instead of his full name from the Facebook profile.

Is there any way to configure which profile is used as the contact entry name for a linked contact without one of the following workarounds?

1. Unlink the Microsoft Messaging profiles and toggle Microsoft Messaging off to not show up in my list of contacts.
2. Manually add an entry for this contact to my Outlook contacts.

i think creating an entry in outlook is the only way, then it should pick up that name after you linked them all together.
maybe it works when you go on outlook.com and change something there, in "contacts"? just an idea maybe
