Lumia 950 XL 0-15 brightness tint, could I have a defective device?

Lumia 950 XL 0-15% brightness tint

Hi, i have problem with dark grey shades on my lumia 950 xl. On higher brightness level gray is true gray but when i set brightness to 0-15% and im in dark room, gray start showing greenish tint. This tint is mainly visible in Settings. Is that normal or i have defective device? here is picture to better explanation:
