Hey everyone,
so my wife's Icon is on RPM Verizon. She can hardly make calls or take calls. Data and mms/sms work fine.

So I did some reading on RPM and found this happens with some phones. I found one solution where they reset the phone and the person had to dial *73 on their android phone and boom it fixed the problem.

My question is - is there a code to dial on my wifes icon that might help, similar to this person's android phone?

Maybe the codes are carrier related and not phone?

Any advice will help.

Try the code, I DO believe its a carrier related thing. PLEASE don't quote me, BUT I believe it has something to do with updating the carrier settings in particular with regards to roaming. HOWEVER it may do other stuff. Have you tried contacting RPM tech support?

Further info. I did a little digging. It seems dialing *73 is the command to turn off call forwarding. Certainly worth trying BUT this may not be your problem. I would call RPM if it were up to me.
