Why is my webpage freezing when 'skipping through' videos...
Currently using windows 10 update 10130 on my surface pro 3, which appears to be working a lot more stable than the last version. However, whenever I watch a video (youtube / Netflix) and try to skip forward more then a minute it will freeze the webpage completely, resulting in a 'your webpage is unresponsive' message and needing to be closed down.
Its worth noting this happens on internet explorer AND edge, on the same videos and other ones... is this a known issue? something I'm missing or just an error on my part.
Would be grateful for any feedback if anyone else is having this issue or has an idea of a fix / what is wrong.
