Why am I unable to create a contact on WM 10 build 10149?

I am unable to create contact on WM 10 build 10149

When I click on save button the contact page closes, but the contact is not created in the contact list. I am able to create it from people.live.com and sync it back. But any idea if there is any fix for this? or hard reset is the only way? Soft reset doesn't work.

For TP builds there are no real fixes other than hard reset and roll back (and try again) but even does do not give a 100% guarantee. Furthermore a hard reset in 10149 fixes things but also creates other "problems" like the "extra" under setting may disappear.
If the creating of contacts is the "only" problem I would stick with it had wait for the next build.
