I had to stop the Windows 10 installer, then was going to start it later, however with the tool
given to kick off the install WON'T restart it. I didn't have my Windows 8.1 CD at home, but
the Windows 7 and tried to load it, then restart.. Went to the page to download Windows 10 for
Insider, nothing downloaded, I clicked on the Tool to kick off the install. I received "Something
went Wrong" error 0x80070002 - 0x200116, No matter how many times I tried, I couldn't get
the install to kick off, same error appears. Each time Windows install is tried it leave an image
on the hard drive, I wound up doing FDISK to format the hard drive, reloaded Windows 7 and
Office, updated the IE Browser to 11 from 7. Now I'm ready to Get Windows 10 download and
install. Praying it works this time.

Basically the Install Tool has to be fixed, where it will restart the install, since the image is already downloaded onto the computer. The Novas computer person won't know to go
through what I have to try to get the software installed.
