When using the touch keyboard in Windows 8.1, it would remember the last configuration it was in. If the keyboard was last used in the handwriting mode, then it would open the next time in handwriting mode. However, Window 10 seems to open always to the keyboard. It makes using the handwriting input more difficult since I always have to take the time to choose the input.
Has anyone found a way to make the handwriting in pat stick?
