Just installed Win 10 on my Surface Pro 3. Most things working good, but I found that my Xbox app would fail to log in (or even bring up the option to login), and would give this error code: 0x3fb
I also found four downloads in the Microsoft Store that would fail to download after repeated attempts.
It took me several hours to find a good solution online, but eventually I found one that fixed both issues. It involves running a PowerShell command that re-registers the applications.
