An App Named DRM was automatically installing from the store . App size is 6.4MB. Did Microsoft have the right to do this?

An App Named DRM was automatically installing from the store . App size is 6.4MB

is this the digital management rights tool of microsoft.

Seen that too, just now. Appeared in Downloads and Installs section of the Windows Store, with a fuzzy, crappy looking icon which in itself made me question wtf it was.

I stopped the download and searched to find out what it was, and well, here I am.

Anyone know for certain if it's a legit MS app?

DRM certainly sounds like digital rights management, but I though MS did away with that rubbish. And what's with the dodgy looking icon?

The store does not bring up results for the download, if you search DRM.
