I am planning to upgrade my desktop to Windows 10 via the Windows Update mechanic, however last time I did that it slowed my computer down considerably. Now I was considering after updating to Windows 10, I would refresh Windows in order to clear out a lot of the junk and speed up the computer. However, if I do refresh Windows 10, will I lose the ability to roll back to Windows 8.1 via the built in Settings feature? Due to my circumstances (that I do not wish to share), being able to roll back to Windows 8.1 via the built-in rollback tool is critical to me.
