I found this new app on xda developers that allows you to create your own tiles for Windows 10 since OblyTile no longer works on Windows 10.

So far I've only done my Adobe apps. It's pretty simple. Create a fold with you icons.
150x150 pixels or larger for higher quality. then just select the app that appears on the UI and point said app to the new folder with your new icons and press save. You icons on the start menu will automatically update. So far only small and medium tiles are supported. I'm not too sure how it effects live tiles.
