Why is mobile data usage very high on my Lumia 640xl?

mobile data usage is very high in my lumia 640xl.

Running on windows 10 mobile on mu 640xl. Mobile data usage is very high, it consumes 1gb mobile data in 2 days. Edge uses upto 150-200mb per day. In windows phone 8.1 I was using same 1gb data for 15-20days.
I keep battery saver on most of the times. But still mobile data usage is very high.
Please help to conserve mobile data.
Running 10586.63 build.

Edge is not running in background too, turned it off already

Prabu bhai.. Background usage check kar.. See what is consuming your data... .. Its not just edge.. But others r also running

Ji, I checked data usage.other apps are showing 10-20mb. Edge alone showing 200mb

Hmm turn on battery saver.. N allow all other apps other than edge.. Stop all activities of edge.. Also install some other browser n see

Do you happen to take a lot of photos? I recently found that in OneDrive under the Upload Photos section, the "Upload on metered Connections" setting was ON. This used up a TON of my data.

Thank god, I didn't turn that option on. Onedrive uploads photos only l wifi . Otherwise 1gb per day is not enough

Yes,after disabling message sync, data usage became normal
