***Not sure if I posted this in the right spot***

So, I was updating the graphics driver, and the computer rebooted itself, when it turned back on all I saw was my chosen accent color in the frame of my main monitor (I have 3). I then turned off the computer, removed the card, and plugged one of my displays into the MOBO. The PC booted just fine, and ran normally. I turned off the PC, and put back in the graphics card and booted back up, I got the same thing. I'd been meaning to do a system refresh, so I chose then to do that. I did the refresh, and now whenever I have the card in the PC, I get stuck at the HP Boot screen (not letting me enter the BIOS) and the PC beeps once, then not again. I turn off the PC, remove the card, and Windows runs perfectly. Any suggestions on how I could fix this?
