Anyone else have issues with action center not showing mails?

My actioncenter seems abit broken, none of my mails from any of my 3 accounts get to my action center. I have a 930 with production Win10 on it, upgraded through upgrade advisor,

They don't show on my action centre on my Lumia 930 or 535, on build .164.
It's probably something that has been turned off.
On my work phone (535) I would get too many emails to even view properly in the action centre.

Checked settings in Outlook -> Email-> Notifications? try toggling on that "group by account" . Then check the notifications setting
