Windows 10 bug or feature?

On Windows 10 in tablet mode. When you swipe up from the all apps menu toward the power button, the power icon disappears and the icon changes to a left arrow. When you press the arrow you get the same menu as pressing the top hamburger menu. Any thoughts?
