Isn't that weird that everybody can remove system apps via setting/storage?
such as display, access point, glance, touch, one of the phone apps etc
yet i can't remove useless (for me) apps like onedrive, podcasts, wallet, weather, xbox

basically you can f*** up phone under 20s
i you know what to remove you can kill photo taking apps and internet access

As far as I know, oem system apps (e.g. Glance) can only be uninstalled via Storage in WM10. IMO Microsoft allows it because uninstalling them won't break the device's functionality completely. Access point is pretty much useless in WM10 because of Carrier Profiles baked into Cellular Settings. I'm not sure what Phone app can be uninstalled?

there are 2 phone apps
one with icon other without
both are from ms
after deleting glance i can't take pictures
i can delete most apps from extras

I've not seen 2 phone apps in Storage, unless its a bug or specific to a dual SIM device? Uninstalling Glance should have no effect on taking pictures.

From your post looks like you're having trouble with your device overall. Have you tried hard resetting to see if fixes these bugs you mention about?

this thread was more about why can i delete system apps but not podcast/weather app
one sim
yes i will reset it

Weather, podcast, wallet and phone are core OS apps that's why they cannot be uninstalled.
