Have pictures automatically upload to different Onedrive account?

I was not sure if I should ask this here or in the Onedrive section. I wanted to see if anything has changed with Windows 10 mobile that would allow you to back up pictures to a different Onedrive account instead of the one tied to the MS account that I use to log into the phone? I tried to do this a few years ago when on Windows 8.1 and it was not an option. I found a work around before but it was not ideal. Thanks
