Notifications won't go away

Hi,
After updating my 640XL to latest anniversary thing I have one annoying problem.Even though I read (messages,mails,WhatsApp )notifications won't go away.I hope we will get a firmware update to resolve problems because my 640XL doesn't seem to run fine on w10m.

My only problem is the Phone App, when you receive missed a calls. Even though you clear the notification, the banners wont go away.

Probably not related to your issue, but, after the AU on my 735, I kept getting FB birthday entries on my calendar (Which I just can't stand). I tried everything (yes, I had notifications on FB turned off). So, I ended up deleting the FB app and reinstalling it. Corrected the problem.

It was a painful experience for me so I decided to hard reset my phone,it fixed my issue.I think after big updates like that this is first thing to do if you are facing too many problems.
