Error downloading new keyboard and speech language.

Hi, I am using Lumia 730. On the latest public build. I reset the phone a few days ago, and I like to use English US as my keyboard and speech language. But, I am getting an error. It says attention required. I reset again and yet no success.

What can I do? A reset is the last thing I guess, I did twice.

Try going to Phone update in settings and see if you have an update waiting.

Yes tried that, it say phone is up to date.

Annoying as hell!
