i have a language question, so I've change my windows 10 operating language from German to English it all went perfect the only thing i don't understand is a few things are still in German, like when i scroll over an icon with the mouse like volume or the internet network symbol it still says the German word. does that mean some things are hard wired to the language of the country you buy it in
