Windows 10 Version 1703 OS Build 15063.332

Speaking for my own encounter, it has been a very long time I was not able to run the command line .....
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Each time I ran it, I got the " source files could not be found " error. And each I ran the dism with source file appended, same error message. And sometimes I didn't have the esd file or the wim file to run the appended dism command line anyway.
So I was stuck unlss I ran a repair install or even a clean install to fix the corrupt files problem.
Each time I installed and updated to a new OS Build number, I tried the same command line, each time I got the same error message.
This time, after installing KB4020102, I ran the dism command line.
Surprise! It ran and completed without an error message.
Now if sfc found corrupt files but unable to repair, I will have dism to fix the problem.
Waited MS to fx it for a long time since I posted to Feedback hub.
