A little more info would be helpful. Phone model, OS build, Insider or not, MicroSD card installed (if applicable).

Did you restore from a back up? Were these apps installed on external storage?

I personally forgo restoring from a back up now and just start from afresh. Reason being I've never found W10M backups to ever work properly. And if you had apps on external storage prior to resetting that could definitely be your problem here.

I find that whenever I have reset or bought a new phone, the migration of working apps is spotty at best. Likely because as we receive updates to our devices it creates needs for apps to be updated, therefore by rolling back your device it no longer matches up to the OS. When you think about it like that, it might be a good idea to reinstall all 3rd party apps whenever you reset, but first try and make sure your device is fully up to date, its just a good habit to limit conflicts.
