How do I get my 512GB card to open if it is encrypted with bitlocker?

I am using a Surface Pro 4, running Windows 10 Pro (2018). When I inserted my 512GB card into the slot, a message comes up saying, "The bitlocker encryption on this drive is not compatible with your version of Windows. Try opening the drive using a newer version of Windows." I have installed all Windows updates, and other encrypted SD cards that I've inserted into the slot have worked. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

That is weird, do you have any information on what encrypted it to begin with?

I know that there is a newer Bitlocker version requiring a certain version of Windows 10 and above.

Can you confirm your build number?
