Language changed

Yeah, sorry if its already answered, I tried searching, haven't found anything.

Lately, it's been like a month I'd say so, my metro language has changed.
The language on the PC is set to English, and my location (on the Live account) is set to USA, however,
my store app is all on russian (app names, app descriptions, but not buttons and some system things).
That isn't that bad, but now all apps that I have and that I download are also in russian, so I need to get them back to English.

Anyone know what's going on here?

Do you have Russian language installed? WinKey + space will toggle between languages.

Yes I do. But it's on the third place.
My System language is set to English (and everything's in english except the store and non-native apps), my main keyboard layout is Serbian, Latin (2nd Serbian Cyrilic, 3rd Russian).
