Is there any SAVE-FOR-LATER app for Windows Phone 8.1?

I am habituated to bookmarking the web pages to the PC web-browser and read them when I am not busy. But now that I have recently bought a Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, I wonder if there any app which lets me store the web pages when I am using PC and read them later using my phone.

I dont think so, but it syncs with other Windows things with the app.

You share to the Reading List app from IE, and can even specify a category at that point. Then you can run the app at any time to go to the pages you have 'saved'. If app data syncing is turned on on your Windows devices, the saved pages will show up in Reading List on all devices.

No offline saving I'm afraid. You'll need a third party app for that.
