I have a Zune and Zune Marketplace account. What do I need to do with the new changes to Groove?

Do I need to sign up for Groove now? I don't want to lose all my music - I've spent years on downloading these playlists. My monthly subscription to Zune for $14.99 just renewed yesterday. Argh! Technology + changes = headaches!

I would contact @xboxsupport via twitter for specifics, however I THINK your licenses should transfer over just fine. I also think you'll pay less than $15 per month for Groove.
