Problem

My GPS acts all wonky and i cant turn on auto brightness now.
I have mango not sure what firmware version.
I tried factory resting it. no luck. Is there a way to reset it back to pre no-do? like i got it form the box.

another issue: when i go to setting> about> Get help linke (:: Mobile Exciting!! - Samsung Mobile ::) i get a mesage saying: This service is only for samsung handset users. which leads me to beleive there is something very wrong with my phone.

at this point i think it's a hardware issue. I went as far as to install the factory rom from rogers on the phone and it still didnt fix the issue, so it's n longer a software issue.
