Nokia lumia network issues....

Okay so,I bought a Nokia lumia 610 a little less than a year ago and fitted a micro sim(of airtel) and everything was working just fine up until now...
Now about two days ago I bought a new sim(of tata docomo) and then the problems started.Now my phone doesnt have any outgoing (though messages and calls are coming just fine).Moreover the updates are also not working properly...please help me out..

Have you checked to make sure that you are using the correct APN for your new carrier's data and MMS?
