Search for this topic did not yield anyone in my situation, sorry if I am repeating a question. I have two Verizon Nokia 822's, one of which has not yet recognized the Amber update. My phone updated on the day of release, however, my son's phone keeps saying that it is up to date whenever I check for updates, and it is not yet on Amber. A moderator on Windows Phone website said that was due to the slow roll-out, but it has been 6-7 weeks. That seems a bit excessive for a staggered roll out. Any thoughts? I have tried a soft reset, would rather avoid a hard reset unless no other option. Thanks.
