Bad Battery Life

I'm having battery problems with my lumia 900.. Earlier it used to take approx. 2-2.30 hrs to charge fully.. And lasted for 15-17 hrs but now it gets charged very quickly and lasts very quickly too.. I dont understand why this is happening.. I have been facing this problem for 2 months... Plz someone help me regarding this.. Thankyou..

It is probably because the battery is gettong old, so I think the only thing is to change the battery... :unhappy:
