My Nokia Lumia 625 fell down once and the touch-screen was broken. Then I replaced the digitizer and it worked well and good for only one month. Now it is not working...
The touch-screen is working but the below three buttons (back, window and search buttons) are not at all working. What might be the actual problem in this? Kindly give me a solution...
    Thanks in advance.

It sounds like the touch screen was knocked off center. I'm not an expert so don't take my word on it but that sounds likely to me.
To make sure though, soft reset your phone. If that doesn't work, you might consider a hard reset. It restores your phone to factory settings (that means all your personal files will be erased, so do a backup first), but it sorts out most software issues. If it's a software problem it'll sort it out.
If that doesn't work, talk to a service center and see about getting your phone repaired or replaced. You could even consider getting a new 6xx series phone.
