Modern (Android Material Design) Apps Start Up time

I have Store apps installed on my machine but never use them as it takes a few seconds for the app to start up and then a few more seconds to load content.. So I just use the x64/x86 apps or just use the browser..
I'm sure that is the case for many users.

Will there be any improvement on that front in Windows 10.. So far there has been none but can we expect something in the future.

It would be great if anyone from Microsoft could answer

I have found most apps to respond in a reasonable amount of time, though some like Mail really struggle for me. Part of it is because it is a preview build but partly because of how the apps load. I know I have some desktop software that takes awhile to load as well, so the speed of opening isn't necessarily a consideration for me. There does need to be some optimization for sure, but overall it works pretty well for most apps.
