I want the new Excel keyboard for Android

So MS has a cool new keyboard for Excel in Android. Microsoft made an Android keyboard especially for Excel

I want this as an option for W10 tablet, regardless of whether I'm using Excel. It looks so much better than the keyboard on my Surface 2. (Which, I know, isn't getting W10. But still.)

Windows doesn't have custom keyboard support, so I doubt it will. Still, this was one of the first things I commented about in the Windows Feedback app when the Excel Preview came out.
