Low volume on headphones

When I plug headphones to my ultrabook volume is stuck on 42 and I can't go higher. When using Windows 8.1 I was just geting a prompt and could go higer all to way to 100. How to fix it guys? I have Realtek HD Audio.

The drivers are the ones activating that but for some reason Windows 10 is not displaying the message. Uninstall your Realtek driver, reboot and it should fall back on the basic windows drivers. It worked for me.
