Why can't I install Windows 10 Technical Preview?

Can't install Windows 10 Technical Preview

While installing the Windows 10 technical preview, I'm getting this error - "We ran into an installation error. This might be because your PC doesn't meet system requirements or your language isn't available."

I Have 2.5 GB i3 processor, 4 GB RAM, 250GB available on my hard drive, and language is US English. I also have Windows 8.1 installed on my laptop. So I believe my system meets all the requirements, still I'm getting this error message... Don't know why?

@Microsoft - Please provide some info in error message that which system requirement does not meet....

Try downloading the ISO and then install from there.
