My Windows phone 10 store and store beta is down, how can I get it working again?

Seems like both windows 10 stores for phone are down today (store and store beta on build 10080). Anyone experiencing same issues?

could be. My phone is completely bonker today. Lost wifi connection when open store beta. could not turn wifi connection back on and had to restart phone. Among other kinks.
