Battery Percentage to run upgrade?

Anyone know the required battery level percentage to perform an upgrade? It's telling me it needs to charge more before the upgrade can begin. I'm plugged in but patiently waiting.

I'm at 60% and charging. Which on a Lumia 1520 is like 200% on a 920.

Recommended is above 30% otherwise the update might damage your phone. Not sure if that's true, but why take the risk lol. Charge up till 50 or more and go for it If you want to charge faster, put the phone on flight mode

Personal observation. As soon as it hit 61 the update started. Then failed for some mysterious reason later on.
